I hired Upstream Digital to collect data from service departments at local dealerships in my city. This project was to assist my automotive company with understanding the disparity between what a customer requests for service versus what service, if any, they actually received. Andrew and his team picked up my trail as if they knew what I was after all along and far exceeded my expectations. For example, I thought we would collect pricing, timeline and availability for a very specific repair but Upstream Digital collected way more. Many of my our targets either didn’t answer the phone or didn’t respond to the requests. Others tried to dissuade the caller from coming in for the requested service and even misquoted the the service repair manuals of the franchises they represent. It was enlightening, to say the least.

The quality of the data collected, the professionalism and the obvious passion for this industry make this an easy review. The confidence I have in knowing I’m performing honest and important work is because they proved it to me in the numbers.

I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a second set of eyes or some awesome ideas in your own strategy.
